- All etc-12 trip units are supplied with full MODBUS communications capability.
- Accessing the communication features requires the purchase of an auxiliary cable and terminal block.
- The etc-12 can be addressed by any third party software that is capable of communicating with a MODBUS device. A full list of addresses and registers are available.
- Communications features receives all of its required power from the current sensors monitoring the bus. Additional PT’s or control power is not needed.
